Euro Meeting 2027 (27–30 May 2027, Larvik, Norway) is organised by Round Table RT24 Larvik. By registering you accept these terms. How we handle your personal data is described under Privacy.

Registration and payment

The price is shown before you register and includes your participant fee, any partner fee and any VIP Surprise Package you choose. Hotels are booked and paid by guests directly with the hotel and are not part of this agreement. Your spot is confirmed after the committee receives and records your IBAN bank transfer in EUR. If a payment deadline applies, it is shown on your page and in your emails; a registration that is unpaid after the deadline expires and the spot is offered to the waitlist.

Cancellation and refunds

• Cancel by 28 February 2027: full refund, less €25 for payment and administration costs.
• Cancel between 1 March and 30 April 2027: 50 % refund.
• Cancel from 1 May 2027: no refund. Hotel rooms and catering are committed by then.
• Instead of cancelling you can hand your spot to another Tabler, Circler or partner free of charge until 13 May 2027. Ask the committee; the new participant registers their own details.
• If the organiser cancels the event, you get a full refund.

Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, normally within 5–10 working days.

Changes

Most details (diet, t-shirt, arrival) can be changed in your profile. To add or remove a partner or change accommodation, contact the committee. These changes may affect the price. The programme may change for reasons such as weather or safety; the latest version is always in the app.

Home hosting

Host families are volunteers from RT24 Larvik. Please respect their home and house rules, and tell the committee about allergies (including pets) in good time so we can find a good match.

Insurance and responsibility

You need your own travel and health insurance. You are responsible for your own belongings and for any damage you cause. The organiser is not liable for loss or injury except as required by Norwegian law. The committee may exclude a participant for serious misconduct, without refund.

Photos

Photos of you are shared in the app and on social media only if you consented at registration. You can change this at any time in your profile.
