Round Table RT24 Larvik (the organising committee of Euro Meeting 2027) processes the details you give us — name, club, country, contact details, partner name, accommodation choice, dietary needs, t-shirt size and travel information — only to organise the event: registration and payment, home hosting, catering, transport and event communication.

Data is stored in Microsoft Azure data centres in Norway (EU/EEA). Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Dietary information is shared with the caterer and your host family, and your arrival details with the transport team and your host.

Your email and phone are shown to other participants only if you consent, and you can change that at any time in your profile. We delete participant data no later than 12 months after the event, except what accounting law requires us to keep.
